This first phase will have five production lines with robotic intervention. All the production equipment will be procured from the best suppliers from all over the world. The campus of the facility will be spread over an area of 1,40,000 sq. m.

Equipped with latest technology, it is expected to become one of the best plants in the world in terms of scale, competitive cost and speed of execution.
The plant is thoughtfully designed to incorporate the most innovative maintenance procedures in order to minimize batch loss during product changeover and to increase the overall efficiency of the production cycle.
Over the years, we have executed exemplary processes and technology for terminal sterilized and aseptic filling parenteral drugs. We have also done the same for the commercial production of critical care products and injectable medicines. Our process development, technology transfer and commercial execution teams collaborate seamlessly to provide best-in-class concept to commercialization timelines.

Production Lines

In order to minimize human error and bring out 100% efficiency, our production facility makes use of robotic production lines. They can be divided as Bag Line, Emulsion Line, Terminal Sterilization Line, Aseptic Line and Lyo Line.

Quality Systems

The quality systems in the plant can be categorized as Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Quality Management System, Laboratory Management system (LMS) and SAP System.
